Websites for architecture and interior design firms
We design and build editorial, photography-first websites that present your work properly, attract the right enquiries, and quietly handle the follow-up.
Recent work
A clean, mobile-first studio site replacing a PDF portfolio — built to bring qualified enquiries through search and WhatsApp.
View projectEditorial homepage exploring how a mid-size practice could lead with a single hero project, then a quiet index of past work.
View projectConcept site for an interiors studio — full-bleed room photography, captioned like an exhibition, with a single contact line.
View projectThe demos show the level of design and animation craft every Lighine build gets — explore them live, then tell us about your studio.
Who we work with

Beyond the website
We also build workflow and AI automations for lead handling, admin, and growth systems — useful once your site is bringing in enquiries.
Process
We learn how the studio works, who it serves, and what the site needs to do.
A clear message and structure — agreed before any pixels.
Editorial, restrained, photography-led. Reviewed in real layouts, not mockups in isolation.
Fast, accessible code. Reviewed with you on real devices.
Quiet handover. Documentation. We stay reachable.
Add the lead, follow-up, and admin systems later if useful.
About
Lighine is a small studio. The same people who write the code design the site — there are no layers of account managers in between.
We come from a software engineering background — over six years of building production systems, including a vendor platform that scaled to more than 1,200 users, and AI workshops delivered to senior leadership teams.
We bring that engineering discipline to a quieter, more focused service: considered websites for architecture and interior design firms, with optional workflow systems behind them.
We are an early-stage studio, currently focused on this niche. That means thoughtful work, close attention, and no inflated agency overhead.
Common questions
Most sites launch in 3–5 weeks from the first call — discovery and positioning first, then design and build. You review real layouts on real devices at every step.
Yes. Every site ships content-ready — you add projects, photographs, and text without us in the loop. We document everything at handover.
A PDF waits to be opened; a website gets found. Search, referrals who Google you, and clients comparing studios all land on your site first — it should present your work as well as you do in person.
It depends on scope — number of project pages, photography state, and whether you want enquiry automation behind it. The intro call ends with a clear written range, not a hard sell.
Get in touch
A short conversation. We look at where you are now, where your enquiries come from, and what a better website could do for your studio. No pitch.
