Getting Started

How do I get started?

Book a 20-minute intro call on WhatsApp — or fill in the contact form. On the call, we look at your studio's current setup, ask a few focused questions, and tell you honestly what a better website could do for you. No pitch, no pressure. If it's a good fit, we follow up with a proposal within 24 hours.

What happens in the intro call?

It is 20 minutes. We learn how your studio works, where your enquiries come from now, and what you'd want a new site to do. By the end, you'll know whether we're the right fit — and we'll know whether we can genuinely help. No obligation either way.

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

Not much. Have a rough sense of what you'd like to improve — more enquiries, a better portfolio presentation, a site that reflects your current work quality, anything. We ask the right questions to get to the rest.

Pricing

How much does a website cost?

We don't publish a price list — every studio is different, and pricing depends on scope, complexity, and what the site needs to do. We give you a fixed, all-in quote after the intro call. No hourly billing, no surprise invoices at the end.

Why not use Wix, Squarespace, or a page builder?

Page builders work for simple needs. But they have real limitations for a studio that cares about presentation: slow load times, generic templates that look like everyone else's, limited layout control for photography-led pages, and monthly fees that compound over time. We build bespoke sites — your work is shown the way you'd show it in a printed monograph, not squeezed into a Squarespace grid.

Why not just use a cheap freelancer?

You can. At the lower end of the market you typically get a template with your logo swapped in — no considered layout, no mobile optimisation, no understanding of how a studio's portfolio should be structured. We work with a small number of clients and take each project seriously. If that's not what you need right now, we'll tell you.

Do you charge GST?

We will charge GST once we cross the registration threshold. For now, invoices are issued without GST. We'll notify you if this changes.

What are the payment terms?

50% before work begins, 50% on completion — before the final files or live deployment are handed over. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and Razorpay.

Websites

How long does it take to build a website?

Most studio websites take 3–4 weeks from the point we have all the content — photography, copy, project descriptions. A website with automation add-ons typically takes 4–6 weeks. Timelines can slip if content delivery is delayed — we flag this early, not at the end.

What do I need to provide?

Your logo (or we can suggest a simple one), photos of your work or business, your services list, and any copy you want included. If you don't have professional photos, we can work with what you have — many clients start with phone photos and upgrade later.

Do you design the website or do I give you the design?

We handle everything — design, code, and deployment. If you already have a design (in Figma or Framer), we can build from it. If not, we design it from scratch based on your business and the brief from our discovery call.

Will my website show up on Google?

We build all sites with SEO best practices — proper headings, meta descriptions, mobile speed, and local business schema (so Google knows you're in your city). You won't rank overnight, but you'll have a solid foundation. For faster Google visibility, we can also run a separate SEO sprint.

I already have a website. Can you improve it?

Yes. We offer Ongoing Support — we can add features, fix issues, improve speed, or build on top of what you have. Message us with what you'd like to improve and we'll give you a quote.

Do you host the website?

We deploy to your existing hosting, or recommend and set up hosting for you. We use Netlify or Vercel for most sites — both have free tiers that cover most business sites. You're not locked in to paying us for hosting.

AI and Automation

What is an AI automation sprint?

We pick one specific workflow in your business that's slow, manual, or error-prone. Examples: automatically sending WhatsApp follow-ups to leads who filled your contact form, turning a client briefing into a draft proposal, logging enquiries from multiple channels into one spreadsheet. We build it in 2–3 weeks, train you on how to use it, and hand it over.

I'm not technical. Can I still use AI automations?

Yes — that's exactly who we build for. Most of our clients have never seen a line of code. We design automations so that once they're set up, they run automatically with no action needed. If a human step is required, it's a simple button click or WhatsApp reply.

Do I need to pay for AI tools on top of your fee?

Some automations use third-party tools (like OpenAI or n8n). We'll tell you upfront what tools are needed and what they cost. Most are free or under ₹500/month. We don't mark these up — we pass the actual cost to you.

WhatsApp and Digital Presence

I already get clients through WhatsApp. Why do I need a website?

WhatsApp is great for closing deals with people who already know you. A website finds people who don't know you yet — on Google, through referrals, or when someone looks you up after a recommendation. Without a website, you're invisible to anyone who searches for your service. A good website also makes you look more credible when the client you're already talking to looks you up.

I have a WhatsApp Business profile. Isn't that enough?

WhatsApp Business is a directory listing, not a website. It doesn't rank on Google, you can't show a gallery of your work, and you can't collect lead details automatically. It's like having a listing on JustDial without a proper shop. Both have their place — but a website does things a WhatsApp profile cannot.

Working With Us

What industries do you work with?

We currently focus on architecture firms and interior design studios. We are an early-stage studio, so taking on a small number of considered engagements rather than spreading thin. If you are outside that niche but think we could be a fit, message us — we will be honest if we are or aren't.

I'm in a city other than Coimbatore. Can you still work with me?

Yes. Most of our work is done remotely. Discovery calls and progress updates are via WhatsApp or video call. We've worked with clients across India.

What happens after the project is delivered?

You get full ownership of all files and code. We walk you through how to make basic updates. If you need ongoing changes, additions, or support after handover, we offer a retainer arrangement — but there's no obligation to continue.

Will you be available if something breaks after launch?

We're available on WhatsApp for minor fixes in the first 30 days after launch at no charge. Beyond that, we offer Ongoing Support packages. We don't disappear after delivery — we're a small team and we value long-term relationships with clients.
